I've spent 35+ years running and fixing revenue operations. At Arnold Clark I turned one market area from a £450,000 loss into a £3m profit in two years. I built Camargue Group from my own capital to £4.8m in fee revenue, partnered with ICAS and Lloyds Bank for nearly five years, and have consulted with three of the Big Four.
